Report links open in the right organisation

Someone sends you a link to a report. It sits in a different organisation than the one you are working in, so the link does not take you anywhere useful. You have to spot the mismatch yourself and switch across before the report will load.

That is now handled for you. Opening the link takes you straight to the organisation the report belongs to, and a notice tells you the switch happened, so you always know which environment is on screen.

Two display fixes in the report viewer: full screen now behaves as it should, and a scrollbar issue has been resolved.
