We’ve been busy making DataTako more flexible and secure for your team. Here’s what’s new:

What’s improved:

  • Granular Page Sharing: You no longer have to share an entire report. Now, you can share specific pages with certain users or groups—perfect for keeping things focused.

  • Embedded Reports for Everyone: We’ve unlocked report embedding for all plans. You can now embed your DataTako reports directly into your own software, no matter which plan you’re on.

  • Automatic Timeouts: To keep your data extra safe, you can now configure an organization-wide automatic timeout (in minutes). Need more flexibility? You can optionally disable this for specific users.

  • Better Mobile View: Power BI reports now look and feel much smoother on mobile devices.
