📋 Copy settings from another report

Setting up a new report used to mean going through every option again by hand. Now you pick an existing report and copy its settings over. You choose what comes along: card appearance, display and behaviour, bookmark options, comments, access control, assigned user groups and users, and default RLS roles.

Before you apply anything, you see how many settings differ from the report you're copying. Nothing gets overwritten without you seeing it first.

👁️ Hide a report until it's ready

Adding a report to a group made it visible to everyone straight away. The only way to keep it out of sight was to delete it. Every report, PDF and AI agent now has a "Visible to users" switch. Turn it off and the item is hidden from all viewers while you finish it. Assignments stay in place, and subscriptions pause until you make the item visible again.

📁 Sync report groups from a Power BI folder

Workspace sync could only pick up an entire workspace. You can now point a report group at one folder inside the workspace, and choose whether nested folders are included. Leave the folder empty to keep syncing the whole workspace.

📝 Management forms keep your input when saving fails

If a save failed, you got a generic error and lost everything you'd entered. Your input now stays in the form, so you can fix the problem and save again. The error message also tells you what went wrong, for example that the database can't be reached or that the connection settings need checking.

⚙️ Always start on the overview after login

After logging in, you land on the report or item you last opened. That's handy for some organisations, but not every one wants it. A new organisation setting turns it off, so everyone starts on the overview page.

🔑 Clearer activation links

An expired activation link used to end in a dead end. You now go straight to a page where you can request a new link. If the link was already used, you're told your account is active and sent to the login page.

🔧 Also fixed

In the assignment matrix, you can now always remove a user group from a report group, even when one of the reports in that group uses row-level security.
On iPhone and iPad, where fullscreen isn't supported, the fullscreen button no longer appears. It used to show up there and do nothing when tapped.
