More layout options for the report viewer landing page

Part of this request has shipped and now lives in its own entries: custom icons per report group, report card styling with colours, backgrounds, icons and size, thumbnails generated from a Power BI screenshot, and control over which details appear on a card. What is still open: Alternative layouts for the landing page, such as grids or a featured report section. A branded welcome banner or introductory content above the report overview.
